Insurance woes... Kroger question...

First of all, does anyone here work for Kroger? Do their insurance policies cover WLS? Does the employee have a choice? My husband just started working for them this week (a Dallas store) and we haven't gotten any insurance info from them as of yet. My own insurance is Aetna, but there's an exclusion. I was going to pursue getting approval anyway, but I was told that we're changing to Cigna in August. I wouldn't have been able to meet the diet criteria in time anyway. I'm desperate to find a way to get this covered. I'm 26 years old, my BMI is 54 and I have severe sleep apnea as well as joint problems. *sigh*
