Blue Cross Blue Shields of Delaware

Hi I am so discussed with the Insurance company. They say that I need a Cardiac test Pulmonary test. But they have not sent the paper to my Dr. Request for this. So my Dr. said they have to wait on that so I can take the test. So Every week I contact the Insurance company. They tell me to be patient and they will eventually send it. I have been waiting since Feb. Has anyone else had this problem with them?

Don't wait on the insurance co. Have your PCP do a referal for the procedures and then present the results to BCBS. If you have been waiting since Feb. it is a good bet they don't intend on sending one. (which I've never heard of an insurance so doing) Insurance co's don't mind lying to you either.

Hi Thanks for your info I just heard from my Insurance and they said they sent the papers to my Dr. for these test. But I am going to go ahead and have these test done. Thanks again
