the run around

Man, do I feel like I am getting the run around. I talked with my insurance company last tuesday, they said they have not recieved anything from my surgeon. So I wait, it has been two weeks today and I just talked with the insurance again and they still say they did not recieve anything and to have the surgeon fax the letter to them. I call the surgeon's office and they said it was faxed and that they recieved confirmation that it was recieved by blue cross. They told me to wait a couple more days and check again. I hate to wait. I will wait I guess and if they still dont have it in a couple of days then I will get it faxed again. Just needed to vent a bit. Thanks
