Questions about Wausau Benefits/PHP??

My Insurance carrier is Wausau Benefits Preferred Health Professionals PPO Plus. I'm wondering if anyone has any information on it. I know they cover it if medically necessary. I' m just wanting to know how they are to deal with. Thanks Amanda
