Need name of ins for lap band???

Could anyone tell me how I can get a list of insurance companys that approve the lap band? I need this asap to help me. Maybe if you know of a company that is not yours and know they pay you will tell me. Thanks, Shirley

Sorry Shirl.. I posted a link to your post on the lap band forum just above this. Careful of BC/BS. There are several carriers that cover lap band but more that don't. I have Anthem BC/BS PPO in Ohio and it doesn't cover. I'm in appeal now.
