HELP WITH INS.

i HAVE united health care HMO stste health plan of georgia. I have been told that they will not cover due to written exclusion for treating obesity. i can change to bcbs HMO or PPO if the state health plan wiil cover or united hralthcare PPO does anyone have the answer or know how i can get a straight one from the ins co??
