aetna and bp/amoco in florida

hi all i was wondering if anyone has this insurance and were you approved? i was denied once so i got all my stuff together and appealed but aetna said i got i back to them to late . now i don't know whether to resubmit or start all over again any response will be helpful thank you cathy

Aetna NY here. My wife was denied. Something about not having a documented 6 month weight loss plan. This is here 2nd denial for the same reason, but this time she met the requirements they had in effect at the time. I think that as more people get wise to them and start to meet the requirements, they simply change the requirements to make it even more difficult. She was scheduled for Monday 3/28 and the admissions people called at 4:30 on Friday to say that it was denied. Good luck
