Insurance woos

I'm really getting frustrated! My insurance doesn't cover WLS but they do look at it on a case by case basis. I've met with the surgeon, I'm having all the preliminary tests done. I've gotten notes from my PCP, psych eval, ect. ect. Now I need documentation of all diets that have been tried and failed. Weigh****chers is not computerized so I can't get anything from them, I have gotten paperwork from Curves, and my PCP is going to copy office notes from years and years of trying this diet and that diet. Will this be enough? Can anyone give me suggestions on where to go from here. HELP! Lisa Maempel
