Does Anyone Have Kaiser?

Hello: I am a Kaiser patient (for now) and was wondering if there are any other Kaiser patients out there and if so, did they have to go through the hassles that I am going through with them? They have their patients go through 6 months of appointments with the nutritionist, lose 5% weight, have psych eval and keep a food/drink journal each week for the 6 months. Once you complete all of those requirements then can your paperwork be submitted to a panel that then determines whether or not you are elgible for the surgery. My problem is I did the 6 month requirement and have had my paperwork submitted to the committee and haven't heard anything since that was done at the beginning of February. I call Kaiser member services and no one seems to know what I am talking about. I finally got a hold of my nutritionist the other day who tells me that the paperwork has been submitted and I just have to wait. It's going on a whole 5 weeks now and just want to know has anyone else had to wait this long, getting kind of anxious and furious here....
