Help!!! Aetna approved me and now there not

Aetna approved me on 2/9/05 then two weeks later told me it wouldn't be a covered benifit in 2005 for all of Aetna. I have the approval letter does anyone think I have a chance of having this reversed? Please help!!!

I have found 3 attorneys in the US that specialize in dealing with insurance issues for WLS. They are Walter Lindstrom (www.obesitylaw.com), Gary Viscio (www.obesitylawyers.com), and Payam Shayani (www.obesitylawyer.com). Lindstrom and Viscio have both had WLS. Shayani is an MD as well as a lawyer and has surgical training. I haven't seen any particularly objective reviews of the work of any of these. Several people on this forum swear by Gary Viscio (he also visits this forum himself). I've seen a couple of people say they hired Lindstrom. I haven't seen any comment on Shayani. Sounds like you got screwed over. I hope you can make them do right by you. Caryl
