Who's Gary Viscio ?

I keep reading and reading this name Gary Viscio . Gary who are you? Do you write insurance appeals for the Adjustable Lap Band? Where do I find you in this site?? I have BC/BS FEP I already know they are going to denie me becasue they consider this procedure as being investagational. Even though the FDA does not consider the Lap Band investagational as of 6/5/01. At least that is what the FDA told me, guess BS/BS FEP superceeds the FDA. Gail
