There's a girl here on Ohio that has Anthem Federal and she was denied also, but there's a girl in our group that works for a federal agency and has some type of Anthem and she was approved. Makes no sense to me. I handled the first denial I got pretty well, but I just got denied on my appeal and I'm really depressed. My husband says he will not support a RNY. I could pay for the lap band, but then I would feel guilty for using our retirement money. I'll have to call Gary on Monday and see what happens next.
