Well, I can finally come out and say it--I owe my approval to Gary. Everything went so quickly for my second appeal. I sent my package to Gary on January 27th. Yestrday I called and heard I was approved. Today I received a personal phone call from Aetna to let me know they had contacted my surgeon and would be approving the surgery. The representative couldn't have been nicer. I have had Aetna for 9 years and have had very good experiences with them. This approval took a bit of time, but now I can look forward and put it all behind me. Gary, I couldn't have done it without your advice and intervention.

If there is anyone out there who is planning to have surgery, he is the man to help navigate insurance issues.
