Aetna Insurance.

I was turned down the first time.. The doctor that was gonna do the LapBand resubmitted on appeal and I was turned down again.. I have 3 doctors telling me I need this and the Insurance is saying 'not medically necessary'.. Anyone else have any ideas how to deal with this situation? Thought I may also add, I qualify in June for Medicare. Does Medicare pay for procedures such as Lapbanding?
