My appeal is off to Gary

I sent my packet to Gary Viscio today and now I start the waiting game again for my appeal. I was just going to pay for the lap band but then the 60's antiwar fighter in me came out and shouted..NO WAY..I WONT PAY! One question..If you are originally denied only as "investigational". Do you still have to prove medical necessity?during an appeal. Gary, If you're out there...I have to say that it's a beautiful..organized..indexed..notebook...a work of art. I only wish that I had some letters from some of the places that I was on diets, but I did take a photo of most all of my booklets. I also didn't include my medical records. It wasn't on the checkoff list.
