Need Insurance Code

I was wondering if anyone out there that has had the lap band surgery using Tricare as their Insurance, if they might know what the procedure code is. I'm having trouble getting approved. Thanks, Amy

since its been over a month, i hope you received the answer you needed. i have been told i'll need the band or the DS for my rny revision and was wondering if you found anything out with tricare. i have standard right now and my paperwork just went in. thanks, ronnie
