who to call at Anthem-OH

My doc submitted the papers, now I want to call Anthem and make sure they received them. Should I call the regular customer service number or the precertification office. I called the precert number before I had seen the surgeon and I was chastised for calling them when they only wanted to hear from the doc's office.

If I were you, I'd be all over both! You pay the premium for a reason..Make them earn their $$....Call them - Call them 2-3 times a day if you have too to get answers! Good luck.
