Aetna Appeal

Hi, Has any one had the insurance not have any record of their appeal? Mine was sent off Dec. 6, and Aetna claims not to have any record of it. I am very down in the dumps right now due to a death in the family, and was eagerly awaiting my response (they have 60 days to answer). I can't believe this.

It is always a good idea to send everything certified or by Fedex or UPS where you have a receipt that shows you mailed on a certain date to a certain address. If you did that before, you should have a record you can show them, and I think they should then have to go by that date. Good luck and I would get it off right away again.
