Need advice!

Im probably going to file a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights since i got denied my surgery because of an exclusion in my policy. I think i have to file it against the company i work for though since we are self-funded and the company makes up the policy. Right? I guess my questions are is this a smart thing to do and has anyone actually done this and got a good result out of it?

If you file a complaint against a self funded company coverage, you file it with the Department of Labor, not Civil Rights.
