Medicare - Out of pocket expenses - HELP

Can someone give me a rough estimate of how much my cost of the RNY surgery will be? I have Medicare parts A and B. The reason I have Medicare is because I am on disability and have only about $6,000 total savings. Will that be enough or am I getting my hopes up for nothing? Thanks Loretta
