PacificCare HMO - how do I get approval?????

Hi all: New to the site, and desperate for advice. I end coverage with Health Net on 12/31/04 and begin with Pacific Care HMO (Hill Physcian's Group) on 1/1/05. I would love any advice from anyone out there who lives in the Bay Area that has dealt with getting approval from Pacific Care. I am desperate for wls and want to be approved ASAP . Help!!!!
