I need lawyer help!!Tricare

I need some help with Tricare.Denial letter is on it's way.Nov 3rd was told That the Lap Band was not a covered service.In OK,CA,TX...etc. are getting this covered.Lastest one 10/15/04 fron the OH board. Could anyone tell me what to do!!!! Shirley
