DOES ANYONE HAVE INFORMATION REGARDING CHA APPROVAL?

I have been denied for gastric by-pass by CHA due to their policy on life-threatening illness which they consider to be uncontrollable diabetes only at this time. Has anyone been able to get approved on appeal. I have currently used up two appeals and the final appeal is an external appeal. Does anyone have any advice regarding CHA, getting approved, or what steps I should take at this time.
