Kaiser & their nutritionist.....

Hi... I called around again on Friday to try to find out the protocol for surgery for Kaiser in Riverside. I made numerous phone calls and really didn't get any specific info. I did find out that my nutritionist should of seen me and referred me to an evaluation and classes...instead, she has me coming back to see her. I went to see her originally on Oct. 20th, I don't go back to see her until Dec. 21st....2 months wasted. I called the preventative med. dept. to find out why. The lady there told me she had no idea why the doctor did this, she said maybe you have medical issues. I told her I don't have any except my weight. She sent a message to the nutritionist to call me Monday. I hope she does. I left a message last Thursday to get a test result from her and didn't get a response. I just wish that everyone could go thru the same steps and that I wouldn't hear something different everytime I call to find out what to do next. Patty
