Is there ANYONE out there who has Humana PPO, has a written exclusion and still managed to have the surgery paid for by Humana? If so, please email me ([email protected]). I have Humana and have a written exclusion. I contacted one of the obesity lawyers, and he told me that unless we can find an exception, I don't have a prayer. So IF you had/have Humana, had/have a written exclusion and still got them to cover the surgery, PLEASE email me immediately. Thank you, Linda M
