Help me please BHWF

I'm a member of the Boilermakers Health and Welfare fund and they have told me under no cir****tance will they cover a medically necessary WLS. I don't understand how they can cover a breast reduction, insulin, cortisone shots for knee problems, and skin infections all caused by obesity yet they won't get rid of the core problem. Some one please tell me what my options are Kasey

I'm still just asking for help. If I appeal and they tell me no, how do I fight it. Kasey
