saw my surgeon today!!!!!

I finally got the letter from my PCP supporting the surgery, I copied it from obesity lawyers.com, filled in my information, and he took what he agreed with and had his secretary type it up and I picked it up from him this morning. In his letter he wrote that he has intermittedly supervised 2 years of weight loss, and he gave his records showing this. I faxed the m myself to BC/BC of Illinois. Then at 2:00 I saw my surgeon. He said everything looked good, he thought 212 for my weight was so, so, so I asked him if he had every operated on anyone with this surgery that had a BMI, or lower and he said yes, but we agreed all insurance companies are different so who knows. Then I called BC/BC of Illinois, my caseworker, and I asked her if she got the faxes, and she said yes, and commented how well the letter from my doctor was written, and he stipulated he supervised two years, which was good!!! she said and it seemed that the other records did not matter as much so as long as he said he supervised the 2 years. My surgeon said he should have everyting to BC/BS by next week, (I will call by wednesday, to see if they are finished with it.) And ask them to fax it to BC/BS. So we will see. I hope everything goes smoothly, I told the surgeon if insurance denies me, I will hire the lawyer everyone on here talks about and appeal. Cause I am having this surgery. thanks all for your help!!!!
