I have a question

Does anyone know anything about getting a medical spend down? Or being considered as medical needy? I have already been approved for my surgery but I am going to have to pay over $4000 and I just don't have that kind of money. Any input would help me, thank you. Michelle

I'm not clear on exactly what you are asking. I would suggest you call the Insurance Commissioner's office in your state for assistance. Good luck!
