Has anyone had any experience with these demons? I was denied for the band - they will only pay for the RNY. I had a BMI of 41 and 3 co-morbidities. I went ahead an got an equity line of credit and paid for it myself. Now I'm going to go through the appeal process. Any suggestions? good letters?
