Denied Insurance???

HI Everyone. I am looking into BCBS, for insurance. I am wondering if they can denie you insurance becaues you are 100 pounds or more over weight? They said it will take at least 3 weeks before I hear back from them on this issue. The waiting is killing me. Thanks Christa

Christa, What does the policy state? The surgery is required when we're 100lbs or more over weight, so a denial doesn't make sense on those grounds. Look at your policy and see exactly what it states. Good luck. Gary Viscio obesitylawyers.com
