Hi Beth, I am here. The update is there is no where else to go on my appeals. The company is self-funded and ERISA does not have a stipulation for an outside review for a self funded insurance. I felt it was a battle I needed to pursue, despite the outcome, and recommend the same to all. I will wait until open enrollement and use our other insurance. I want you to know that I am still available to you, and want very much to support your battle!! Where do you stand at this point!!
