We have completed updating our website to now include a sample PCP letter for your PCP to use as a guide for referrals and a section for how to avoid insurance denials and how to prepare an effective appeal if you chose to file one on your own. Thanks. Gary Viscio www.obesitylawyers.com (still 100% successful to 9/5/04)

I notice that you said above "still 100% successful to 9/5/04" -- does that mean you've been succesful with every early intervention? or every appeal? I looked at your website again and can't find mention of it there. Please clarify for me. Thanks! -Denise (waiting on news from bcbs)

We have had one early intervention denial. Sorry we should have been clearer on that.
