Letter from PCP don't matter???

I was told that the Insurance company don't care about a letter from your PCP, only cares about the documentation showing your weight loss/gain history that your PCP has. I always thought that every letter you could get from what ever Doctors stating that WLS will help on your behalf due to your health does help. Donna
