wls friendly PCP, Kaiser NW

I need to have a WLS friendly PCP. I have Kaiser Insurance and although they will not allow the surgery (I will be going out of the country) I am concerned about pre-op tests and post-op care. If anyone knows of one, Please let me know.. Thanks in advance..
