BCBS alabama

ok- now bcbs alabama is changing their story saying that they only sent a letter requesting diet history to my surgeon and not me. my surgeon has still not received it, so i went ahead and sent the info to bcbs.come thurs. morning, i will most definately(sp?) be on the phone with a superviser or manager there (tommorow i am doing my pre-op testing so i cant do it then and the mornings seem to get me better results)
