Has anyone used Starbridge Insurance?

My company changed insurance co.'s this year. We are now using Starbridge HRG and not sure if it will approve surgery. Last year we had an insurance, Principal and it would not cover the surgery. I would like to know if anybody has had to deal with this company before? (Starbridge) I have had my evaluation done, but still need to get bloodtest, x-rays and ekg done, before a letter is sent off to the insurance co. What would you do? I have already paid Out of my pocket $225 for the eval. (which my insurance said they would cover and didn't) and I don't want to feel like that was a waste of money or my time, if my insurance isn't going to cover the surgery. I don't want to sound like I am giving up, it's just that I don't know what to do at this point?! Any comments or answers is really needed at this time. Thank you for your time.
