Good News for BCBS of NM, IL, and Texas

Be prepared for anyone trying to get approval from BCBS of Il they require two comorbid conditions, and a BMI over 30, 12mos supervised diet, a psych eval, a letter stating you have realistic expectations. They just changed to this new ridiculous policy in April of this year of course without letting anyone know.
