ALABAMA BCBS DIR POLICY WHO ALL HAS THIS AND DID YOU GET APPROVED??

I need some input, because I have been denied, and now have to wait till December to START OVER by going BACK to the surgeon, consults, tests, etc, THEN file for appeals. Please, who has a DIRECT policy from BCBS, it doesn't necessarily have to be from Alabama. My policy has a direct exclusion stating won't cover any type of service for obesity (not morbid) about gastric bypass surgery (not covered). I need advice and/or suggestions. Thanks Beth29
