Independence Blue Cross PPO - medical Policy

I received a copy of the medical policy today. I was denied for investigative for the DS. Guess when their search timeframes are listed on the policy? Jan 1966 - March 1999. Hello it's 2004! No rules. Insurance companies make up their own rules as they go along. However, that being said, you should collect as much updated research to support DS as you possibly can, and send it in with your appeal. Fight the good fight! Roberta
