BCBS-PPO denial

Rec'd call from insurance people today. Said to have Dr. B's office send another pre-d letter stating that I needed the surgery for acute erosions of the stomach and the wt loss would come with the surgery, since I am not 100 lbs overwt. Dr. B's office got right on it and I am so thankful they are there to help me after the leg work is done. Just keep pushing and pushing and hopefull I'll get what I need.
