WLS Excluded, but I have a hernia...

I found out this week that my insurance does not cover WLS.( seems to be a unwelcomed trend ) I know that lots of people get there TT covered because they also have a hernia repaired. Well there is a good chance that I currently have a hernia, I am going to the Dr. next week to get it confirmed. My question is, has anyone gotten WLS covered because they had to have a hernia repaired? or know someone who did? Or has anyone heard insurance paying for the hernia only and someone getting WLS at the sametime, with a portion of the hernia cost also coving some of the WLS cost? Anyway, any and all input is welcomed. Thanks Trevor
