Medical Mutal of Ohio SuperMed Plus with Accordia

I have some problems: 1. My old Dr did not document my weight in 2000, 2001, or 2002. I have my weight from 1999 which was 255. My weight is 2003 which was 300. ANd my weight in 2004 at 322. Does anyone know if they accept pictures? 2. I've had WW, etc but I don't have my papers to show my weight. Does ww or curves count as dr observed programs. I have 1 1/2 with a dietician at the hospital. and 1 month with a weight dr.

I can't help with your questions, because I need more information as to what the requirements are. However, WW and Curves are not considered physician supervised diets for purposes of the insurance companies.

Medical Mutual requires 5 yrs documented weight. The also reqire 6 months of physician weight management
