ANYONE EVER GONE THROUGH INTRACORP FOR PREAUTHORIZATION?IF SO HOW TOUGH WAS IT??

Intracorp is a wholly owned subsidiary of CIGNA. They are getting tougher and tougher all of the time. They require a physician supervised diet lasting at least 26 weeks, with at least monthly weigh ins, consideration of diet drugs, documentation of increased activity (exercise), nutritional consultation, and a psych evaluation.
