Unicare Performance 2000 won't pay...

I talked to Unicare today and they said they don't do gastric bypass surgery in Texas. I know that is not true. I have seen plenty on this site. I asked the lady if she could please show me where it said No in my policy and she said she could not find it but, they don't cover. Isn't is only right that I see it for myself. She said she would call me back but, I have not heard from her. I am thinking because this is an individual policy is why they won't pay. Any words of encouragement out there?
