JUST REALLY TRYING TO SEE IF ANYONE IS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS I HAVE BCBS(FEP) IM TRYING TO FIND OUT IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO DO TO GET THIS BALL ROLLING I HAVE HAD ALL THE TEST DONE ie:PSYCH,DIET,GALLSTONE,CARDIO,BLOODWORK AND SO ON BUT NOW IVE JUST LEARN IM A BORDERLINE DIABETIC HAVE BACK PAIN ARTHUR IN THE KNEES BCBS IS TRYING TO SAY THAT YOU CAN HAVE THE SURGERY BEFORE THEY APPROVED BUT THEY WOULD SITLL HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENIED YOU IF YOU ARE NOT MEDICALLY NECESSARY SO THAT MEANS YOU WOULD BE STUCK WITH PAYING THE BILL IF DENIED I MEET ALL THERE STANDARDS MY BMI IS 60.3 NEED HELP THANKS

Most of the BCBS have a diet requirement. Make sure you know what the requirement is, so you can have all your ducks in a row. Call them, and request they send this to you in writing. Don't accept no for an answer. Fight the good fight! Roberta
