Anyone work at Conway Southern Exp.?

I was wondering if anyone works for CSE and has Cigna PPO? Wondering if they had success with Cigna covering WLS.

My husband works for CSE in Orlando Florida and we have the HMO plan and was denied in January for not having 6 months of a physician supervised diet even though I provided mounds of papnerwork and records documenting diet over the years, my weight for the past 10 years, nutrition, letters from different docs saying medically necessary matter of life and death and so on. I had heard this may happen so I started a physician supervised diet in OCT so now we wait for the 6 months to finish to try again. Good luck and feel free to email. Michelle

You have problems that are a matter of life and death and they STILL denied you? That figures! I have PPO but I don't know if the response would be any different than to you. Good luck that they approve you soon.
