help! HMO or PPO?

help! i have BCBS HMO blue texas..they say they do not cover any kind of weight loss surgery, even if medically necessary...has anyone else had any luck with these folks? also...i also have an option to go to PPO..will that help my chances? I'd appreciate any [email protected]

Ask for a copy of the PPO plan to see if WLS is covered. Never accept what a customer no service rep says over the phone as gospel. Fight the good fight! Roberta
