My claim to the Ontario Ministry of Health was denied today and I was wondering if there was anyone else with experience in the appealing and qualification of getting the Surgery done in the United States? [email protected]

I just wanted to post a note to a Canadian from Ontario that has had some success of getting their operation covered by the Provincial Insurance Program. I was hoping someone with the same experience could advise me. Thanx

Hi John, I too have been declined by OHIP. I'm scheduled for surgery on March 4th - and it looks like it will be out-of-pocket. Have you had any progress in the past month about appealing their decision. thanks, Nadine
