been denied and don't know where to go now.......

I've been denied also, my company has an exlusion policy for this surgery. High BP, high colesterol, lethal sleep apnea, leg edemna (which is probably what you have), I get fred flintones feet mostly in the morning, but legs swollen all day. I'd get them checked and good luck with your appeal. i hired Walter Lindstrom, from Obesitylaw.com, he is very good and just sent a "kick butt" 26 page letter to my insurance company, next to my company. Be very careful when you hire a lawyer. I hired Walter Lindstrom and wish I hadn't. He does send out a 26 page letter, everyone gets a 26 page letter that he does the appeal letter for. He charges $450.00 for it. The lawyer I am now using is much easier to work with, and he treats each case individualy. He also charges less than Walter Lindstrom. Gary J. Viscio, Esq.
