Insurance help

I am really discouraged! I have BC/BS PPO insurance. I have been denied GBS twice now. I have a BMI of 48 with multiple medical problems. My PCP has written a strong letter of MEDICAL NECESSITY for my surgery, and it was still denied. Does anyone have any ideas to help me? Thank you, Sharron
